Meet the Team

Meet the Decoder Health team: a diverse group of passionate Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts dedicated to providing culturally sensitive ABA services to children with autism in Northern Virginia.

Amir Ansari

Amir Ansari, MS., BCBA, LBA, is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst who has started working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder since 2008 in Canada. He has completed his both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis, specialized in working with a wide range of individuals with ASD from 2 years old kids to 35 years old adults in various settings including home, clinic, schools, university, group homes, and community. Being in the field of teaching students who struggle with behavioral challenges and developmental delays for more than 15 years, made him a strong and compassionate person who is aiming to assist these individuals and their families to enhance their quality of life. Client centered approach is the way he goes, which means applying ABA knowledge according to the need and direction of individuals. He is an enthusiastic person who loves going out and helping those in need within his realm of expertise and competencies. Amir is bilingual (English and Farsi) and willing to help those with language barriers. As a clinical director in Decoder Health, his goal is to train staff and families to improve the lives of others by empowering individuals with autism. Furthermore, he is disseminating ABA therapy for those who wants to change their behaviors for the better.

Aadhya Mysore

Aadhya Mysore is currently a senior at The George Washington University pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Psychological & Brain Studies with minors in Statistics and Criminal Justice. With a strong academic background and hands-on experience gained through internships and involvement in research, Aadhya is prepared to contribute to Decoder Health as a Behavior Technician.

Zaynah Vaidya Shaikh

Zaynah Vaidya Shaikh is a recent graduate of McGill University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Throughout her degree, she has supported autistic adolescents in the academic setting and has a strong understanding of culturally sensitive care. Within her leadership roles, she has fostered connections with external organizations and she is excited to apply these skills as Strategic Engagement Specialist with Decoder Health. Her goal is to share our ABA services throughout Northern Virginia so that we can create a meaningful impact on your child’s health journey.
